I'd like to ask if the following sentence is grammatically correct:
During the meetings, to get the people motivated to cooperation the following was performed:

The only "real" grammatical error is the use of the word cooperation instead of cooperate, but I would reorganize the words as stated below:
"During the meetings, the following was performed [in order] to get the people motivated to cooperate:"
The words "in order" are optional.
