When to use multiple question marks in a sentence

How many question marks does the following sentence require and where would they be placed??

Is it gramatically correct or should all questions be separate sentences?
Would it be correct to place 3 question marks at the end of the sentence?

If you put it like this one question mark will suffice;

We would be interested in knowing whether a procedural change has been put in place, whether it is in writing and who is responsible for it?

One question mark only. Using more than one question mark is non-standard punctuation. If your teacher is telling you that there are "rules" concerning the number of question marks to use at the end of a sentence, this is wrong.

Each question only has one question mark at the end. In your example, I would write this:

We would be interested in knowing whether a procedural change has been put in place. Is it in writing? Who is responsible for it?

You could also condense it into fewer questions?

Has a written procedural change been put in place? Who is responsible for it?

I hope that helps! Occasionally, we will write multiple question marks at the end of a question online or in an email, but it's usually just informal to indicate emphasis.

In your sentence you do not need a question mark at all since it is not a question but a request for information.

Has a procedural change been put in place, is it in writing, and who is responsible for it? OR Can you tell us whether a procedural change has been put in place, is it in writing, and who is responsible for it? both need a question mark.
