    hi

i have problems with using articles. i know i should not use a before a vowel sound. but i still use it when i speak.

very often i use 'there is a elaphant', instead of 'an elephant'.

can anyone give me some exercises to practise to get rid of this mistake.

    thank u

Take a piece of paper, write down some nouns.
    elephant
    impression
    oven
    onion etc.

    Read them aloud and concentrate!
    AN elephant
    AN impression

You will get used to saying AN + vowel by practising and repeating it.
