What I meant is "In stock market, one who only buy stock when a hike of stock prices appears, but doesn't buy in a drop of stock prices".
Can I express this as "Buy bike, not drop"? |
"buy the hike not the drop"- is a stock market phrase that means you should buy stocks when they do good on the stock market ( they go through a price hike), don't buy them when the stocks' prices go down.
however, "buy in a hike, not in a drop" is wrong.
