How to write a reflection about my group presentation

Hi, i've been trying to find out a site to explain how to write a refletion. However, I haven't found any that has been useful to me. I need to write a reflection based on the group presentation that my group and I did.
How should I start it? What are the main points I should include?
If you could please help, I'd trully appreciate it.

It depends on the points you discussed with the plenum. What are the conclusions or questions that arose during the discussion?
(I assume you discussed your presentation afterwards.)

To write a reflection you need to say what you think and have learnt from this topic.
