Question a, the or no article?

Hi dear teachers!
What articles are needed in the following sentences or there is no need for one?
1. (While teaching some specific Islamic teachings about purity) What is the definition of a/
the / x bath?

2. Washing the entire body is known as
a / the / x bath. But Islamic law has specified a particular way for the performance of a/ the / x bath.

3. The method stipulated for
a/ the / x bath is:

4. How many items are obligatory in a/ the / x bath.

5. Three things are obligatory in a/ the /x bath.

6. What is the procedure of performing a/ the / x bath.

A very slight semantic difference between the two I can see:

procedure of something = procedure concerning something
procedure for something = procedure of how to do something

Is there any difference between "taking a bath" and "having a bath"? Maybe a little difference of formal and informal.

There could be a difference, as below.

For people giving themselves a bath, "taking" or "having" can be used.
When someone is bathing a young child, I would say the child is "having" a bath. (the child is a passive participant)
