hello, here I am again.
Please can you tell me which is the correct sentence, " you and your friends or your friends and you?"

Both are correct, but try to put yourself at the end of such a compound subject as well as other pronouns when referring to more people being together with you or someone else:

I and my friends (ok)
My friends and I (better)

You and your friends (ok)
Your friends and you (better)

He and his friends (ok)
His friends and he (better)

and so on.

It's a way of showing respect to the other part of the group of people, and it is regarded as being more polite then.

If only I had known of that saying before, I would just have used it to illustrate my point. Sounds great to me!
