    Today is your last day in our company; I have some sadness, because we cannot work together. But I wish you have a very prosperous future with your career and enjoy your new life with your wife in UK. Please keep our office laugh in your memories. Take care our room manager

    Thank you for your correct. Can you teach me what is the meaning of "fond" ? Is same meaning of "happy" ? This is my first time to learn this word.

    fond meaning affectionate,but happy too
    so
    Please remember our office with a fond laugh
    means to say that whenever the person remembers your office and the people working there there should be a smile on his face and he should experience some kind of happiness and affection when he remembers how much he liked you.
