    Default life-affirming

    Hi,

    1) There are literally thousands upon thousands of dynamic, life-affirming thoughts and words for you to choose to think and speak.

What does "life-affirming" mean? like inspiration? or repeatedly talk to yourself that good things will come to your life??

    2) The mind's protective softare is fantastic. It's programmed to filter, scan, clean and heal viruses every second of every day. It will only be stopped from doing that if the operator continually overrides or overwrites its clear warning messages. It is a servomechanism; it acts only on your commands, unless preservation of the body is involved, at which point it will always attempt to override, or send a message to you.

What is "the preservation of the body" here is? not sound like mommy-making. - -"
Kindly explain the bold sentence for me, please.e.e.e.

    3) No matter how much will power your conscious mind uses, over time the unconscious will eventually revert and present results based on previous programming. It's just like when you update a Word document and don't remember to save it; any new information is simply not accepted and the original file reappears. The files needs to be re-edited and saved by the conscious mind (by repetition of actions or language), or the unconscious mind needs to be convinced that health will increase or be compromised in order for it to proceed differently.

What does "be compromised" here mean?

    tks, beeja

"Life-affirming" = confirming the positive qualities of Life and living.

It is something that you control by your thoughts, unless there is a danger to the body in which case automatic reactions and behaviours take control. [For instance, if you touch something very hot, your hand automatically jerks away]

What does "be compromised" here mean? be adversely affected
