    Default flab overflows

In overweight individuals, muscles or flab (rolls of fat) is clearly and awkwardly seen.

How can I describe those fatty muscles? Can I say?-The rolls of fat is overflowing out of her/his body/his garment.

Perhaps the fat bulges. (It doesn't flow.)

A current bit of slang - not for use in exams, but impressive/expressive in colloquial contexts - is 'she has a muffin-top' (the midriff has to be naked for this to apply). There is no precise male equivalent, as men don't wear clothes that expose their midriffs. But the flesh doesn't have to be exposed for a man to have a 'beer-belly' or 'beer-gut'; and the rear view of a pair of jeans worn too low can reveal a 'builder's cleavage'.
