What are the differences?
Disposition=prevailing tendency, mood, or inclination.
Attitudes can be temporary.
Nature=the particular type of character which a person naturally has.
Which one would you use in your sentence?

Hi Khalid,

There are some more words of me concerning the matter in question:

disposition = one's usual mood; temperament:
attitude = a state of mind or a feeling; disposition: had a positive attitude about work.
nature = the combination of emotional, intellectual, and moral qualities that distinguishes an individual: character, complexion, disposition, makeup, personality.

disposition: Definition, Synonyms and Much More from Answers.com

attitude: Definition, Synonyms and Much More from Answers.com

nature: Definition, Synonyms and Much More from Answers.com

attitude = bearing, disposition, mood.
disposition = character, nature, temperament.

Disposition is approximately equivalent to prevailing frame of mind or spirit: “A patronizing disposition always has its meaner side”
Nature denotes native or inherent qualities: “It is my habit,—I hope I may say, my nature,—to believe the best of people”

a belligerent attitude
a defiant attitude
a surly attitude
a casual attitude
a cavalier attitude
a patronizing attitude
an irreverent attitude
a liberal attitude
a negative attitude
a positive attitude
a reverent attitude
a scornful attitude
a friendly attitude
an impartial attitude

a gay disposition
a cruel disposition
a domineering disposition
a bland disposition
a buoyant disposition
a cheerful disposition
a genial disposition
a pleasant disposition
a sunny disposition
a mild disposition
an unpleasant disposition

an impetuous nature
a placid nature
a good nature
an ill nature

Regards.
