anythings is not a word. anything is already plural, so -s is not required. It's plural in the sense that it refers to one or more things amongst a group of many things,

You can have anything in this box. You can have it all or just a few items, even just one item if you wish. :D

3. The listings provide closed captioning, so closed-captioning listings would be better.

4. Only this channel has (Singular subject + singular verb); TV is capitalized, always. The channel lists more than one listing, so it's plural, listings.

4b. Only this channel has a TV listing for the show you want to see. (one listing for one show)

5. Only this channel has TV listings.

6. is OK.
7. is not OK. 'listings' refers to the channels listed. Since there is more than one channel, there will be more than one TV listing. If the TV in your area has one channel only, then TV listing would work,

Our TV gets one channel, so we get only one TV listing.

All the best, :D

If the hairs are countable, then, yes, "hairs" is OK (i.e., someone just got a hair transplant and you can see the strands of hair and you can count the strands of hairs).

Try,

Those wigs look/are very nice on you. :D

It's a non-count noun. If it were a count noun, we'd expect to see a determiner:

Count
Plural: This channel has captions.
Singular: This frame has a caption.

Non-count
Plural: This channel has closed-captioning.
