i think the prepositions should be used here are ( at or for ).
i work at a compny in London . or
i work for a company in London .
((Not a teacher))
I think it should be:
1) I work with Xyz(company) in India.
2) I work in XYz (company) in India.

His argument is
I work in (some x place) (which is) in (some y place).
He says 'which is' is implied and there is no need to mention about it.
