What sentence with "with" are you asking about now?
If you mean 'I am employed with a company.', I would not say that.
Some people may say that or say 'I am employed in a company.', but I would say 'I am employed
by a company.'
You can be employed by a company but work at home. To me, '...in a company...' suggests that you work somewhere
in company owned property.
