tense agreement
Should I work with her(monster-like), I will engage one or two musclemen as guards against her possible physical attack.
I would (definitely)take care of her with full attention, and I don't mind how much effort it requires.
Do the tenses agree in the above two sentences?

In the second sentence,'will' is appropriate to 'would'.
In the first,is 'should 'used as in the following sentence.?
'the management regrets,should the strike materialise.
