1. Are all three above having the same meaning?

2. What do in/within/during mean? past |-------------------> now ?

I'll have it ready within a week = a week is the limit I am setting; it could be before then.
I'll do it in a week- It could mean that I will startin a week or that it will take the week to do.
I stay there during the holidays- for some of the time
