What does it mean?

A question is a child of curiosity, and topics that can generate this level of interest are worthy of exploration.

Also,

Just about every office has someone who meets this description . He does not get long with other people . Most conversation begin with tension and easily end in some type of conflict. Approaching him with a question is about as comfortable as listening to someone drag his or her fingernails down a chalkboard . Yet somehow this person is good at getting things done. Many of these people are leaders who are particularly abrasive with those who work for them.

Because I want to translate these sentences to Arabic and

Thanks a lot .

It is saying that curiosity generates questions.

If a person is a difficult person to deal with, asking him a question is also difficult, and possibly psychologically uncomfortable. It can be as painful as the sound of fingernails being dragged down a blackboard, which produces a particularly unpleasant screeching sound that most people find excrutiatingly unpleasant.
