summarize or summarise: is the -is-form the correct Brittish spelling, or does it matter?

vulcanization or vulcanisation (or maybe curing?): which is the correct Brittish spelling? (it is a term within rubber manufacturing)

sulfur or sulphur?

American spelling would be 'vulcanization', 'summarize', and 'sulphur'.
