Default arranged/ the arrangment was/he made the arrangement

Dear teachers,

Would you be kind enough to tell me your expert opinion about my attempt to paraphrase the folloing sentence?

He arranged that she should not be interviewed.

The arangment was that she should not be interviewed.
He made the arrangement that she should not be interviewed.

Which of them is more acceptable?

Thank you in advance for your efforts.

Regards.

V.

They are all correct.
The clause 'that she shouldn't be interviewed' is used in different syntactical functions:
(1) - as an object
(2) - as a predicative (i.e. nominal part of a compound nominal predicate)
(3) - as an attribute

OR

It was arranged that she should not be interviewed.

Of your options, I prefer #1 - a subjective preference

Hi Anglika,

Thank you for your additional variant which in my opinion is very plausible and contribute for the obtaining a likely story.

Thank you for sharing your preferenced option from the original variants.

Thank you again for your kindness.

Regards.
