The word 'whom' is used instead of 'who' when it is the object of a verb or preposition:
I met a man with whom I used to work.
He took out a photo of his son, whom he adores.
There were 500 passengers, of whom 121 drowned.
To whom do you wish to speak?

Therefore, "With whom do I share my pain?" and "With whom do you watch your favorite films?" are the correct forms to use.

As an alternative:
Who do I share my pain with?
The same works for the second sentence.

I suspect 'Who do I' is more colloquial than 'with whom', which would sound fairly stodgy in colloquial speech?

Though WHOM is used as a relative pronoun for the object,WHO is used and preferred nowadays.
