Please help to write a reminder letter to a customer. Thanks for the help


Dear Dalton,

You have placed some of your personal materials in our locar for one term. I wonder if you are going to keep your materials for another term. If you need to do so, please let us know, so we can renew it for you for the next term.

It is difficult to understand what you mean by locar but...
Dear.....


We have a one (year) whatever term 1 months 3 months contract to store your personal materials. If you wish to renew this contract for a further term, please contact me and I will arrange for the contract to be renewed.
Thank you for your kind attention.
Yours sincerely is used if the address the person by name..
Yours faithfully is used if you say ....Dear Sir/ Madam
