Thumbs down mobile phone

You have seen an accident and you want some one to lend you his mobile to phone the hospital . You say [1]can youlend me your mobile?[2]i wonder if you could possibly lend me your mobile?[3]i wish i could use your mobile.

Shbakhshi,RonBee,Anglica thanks alot it,s an assignment and i have only three choices .I think the correct answer is can you lend me your mobile phone?since it's apolite requist.so, what is your opinion.
