Hint: unless it was a very big cat, "fractured" would be an unlikely choice.

"Fractured" is not likely, and while "bruised" is possible, I doubt it is the answer desired by the tester/questioner. Either "injured" or "scratched" is perfectly acceptable. However, it is probable that the quiz answer (if it is a quiz) is scratched. This being because most people would presume that a cat scratched the person trying to touch/play with it.

The "scratch" however, would be an "injury." So, "injured" is certainly a choice which can be defended.

Thank you all,In my language they may have the same meaning , but sure there is a slight difference in English could be clarified by native speakers .I think[ fractured ] is not possible ,and I 'M in doubt about the rest and if I have to give an answer i will say scrached

Have ever tried a monolingual dictionary? For example, Online Dictionary, Encyclopedia and Thesaurus. Free access.
It's a good place to go, especially if you aren't sure about the usage of some words that might have a similiar meaning.
Also you can build up your vocabulary by using such a dictionary.

Yes, scratched is most likely. (That should have been three or four sentences.)
