Default really dont care/ dont really care.

Could someone please tell me the difference between:
    1. I really don't care about it.
    2. I don't really care about it.
    My guess is :
    1. I don't care at all.
    2. I care but not much.

Thank you Anglika. I was not sure about the meanings.
Edit: I have a similar question:
    1. I can also/only help you
    2. I also/only can help you.
What are the difference between them?
