    What verb can I use in the place of this one? Intrude?

    SORRY! It is too early in the morning here. I've let my brother down!: 'pry' is of course a verb. To pry. 'Inquisitive' is definitely an adjective though...! SB

    Hi Sam
    I think I would use the verb to meddle or to interfere. 'Pry' seems to be less in daily useage these days.

    Intrude can be used and is not incorrect, used as 'butting in' or 'intervening'
