1.How well can you skate?

2.How good can you skate?

Do something well= do it in a good way.
Be good= be successful, or able to do something well.
So which one is correct? Can you answer your own question?

No. You do/skate well(adverb). You are good (adjective) at something.

Sorry to butt in but i want to know if we could say 'how good is your skating(skill)' to mean the same thing?

It is understandable but does not sound too natural to me.
Try to say:
Are good at skating?
Do you have good skating skills?
