1. Sorry for my overlooked your email sent to Ada last Friday. Thanks for your reminder

2. We had been advance the schedule as per your request; please find the details are as follows: xxx

3. There are three items which is in the same shipment window and destination. Would you please request your customer consolidate / ship them into one 40’ container in order to save the CFS cost? Please confirm.

Can I omit "that" in this sentence ?

You can, if you rephrase the sentence as: Would you please request your customer to consolidate

I would prefer the original structure with "that".
