This is not an excuse for the materials shortage to delay the shipment. We are asking this schedule since two weeks ago and should enough time for you to prepare the materials. We will try to request an shipment extension from customer, and confirm you later. After checking with our customer, they accept for the shipment extension to end of May. Please follow up with your supplier to keep to the agreed upon schedule. If you cannot keep this schedule, it must be shipped by air at your expense. Finally, please confirm when will you send the shipment sample to us?

A shortage of materials is no excuse for delaying the shipment. We asked for your schedule two weeks ago, which was plenty of time for you to arrange for the materials. We will ask the customer for an extension on delivery and will confirm the situation to you when we have an answer.

After checking with our customer, we have been told that they can accept an extension for shipping to the end of May. Please immediately contact your supplier and ensure that this revised schedule is met. If you do not keep to it, the shipping will be charged to you. Please confirm when you will send a shipping sample to us.
