Sambistapt is fondly/lovingly known as/for Sam.

I´ve got two queries in this thread as follows: Do the adverbs highlighted in red have the same connotation? Which preposition is the most appropriate one?

'As' is MORE (between two choices) appropriate, not MOST (three or more).

Unfortunately, you used fondly/lovingly incorrectly.

From Longman Online:

1. fondly imagine/believe/hope etc means 'to believe something that is untrue, hope for something that will probably not happen etc.'
Ex.
Some people still fondly believe that modern science can solve all the world's problems.

2. in a way that shows you like someone very much [= lovingly]:
He turned to see her smiling fondly at him.
