Letter to refuse for interview

Dear teacher,

I would like to ask you how to write the letter to refuse the company to skip an interview.

NTPC company ask me to working with them and ask me to have an interview with them next week, but i want to refuse them, because i have a good work to do and i don't know how to refuse them. Could you advise me how to write the letter.

you can just ignore the call letter or phone them up & say had not interested !!

if at all you may have to write a letter them, it may be as below;

NTPC
(Company address)

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for your call letter. I would like to inform you that, I am working for XYZ company & currently not looking for changing this company due to; (give one or two reason only)

1) Satisfied with nature of job
2) Salary structure
3) Near to your residence
4) Company atmosphere
5) Recognition

so on & so forth.......

Once again thank you for having faith in me & sending me a call letter to attend interview on _______.

I think you could simply say "Thank you for inviting me to an interview. At present I am not seeking alternative work, but if things change in the future, I will contact you."
