Default Please help!!!

I have joined 2 months ago a big english-speaking company & today I had, for the first time, to present a team work discussed in a workshop.
that was reaally bad! my english's bit "rusty", i can understand & read, but the problem is i couldn't deliver the message:
weak vocabulary,
couldn't find any translations: we have done this ,; we've chose to focus on that because ..
could you please help me to find good words for introduction & some "standard" transitions within a business context ? (i'll be in a workshop tomorrow too!!!)

thanks a lot for your support!
