Is the sentence correct? Please check it and explain.

You did scared me.

Is it ok to use scared paired with did?

Say: You did scare me.
You underline the fact that you were scared, especially if it has been questioned eg. I didn't scare you, did I?
If you just want to say that you were scared, say: You scared me.
