I heard this in spiderman 3 where peter parker's girlfriend says "she had a polished finger nails all over you"

What does this mean?

The context is

How come you never mentioned her? She's your lab partner, you saved her life, she thinks you're a genius and she had her polished fingernails all over you?"

In other words, she is obviously attracted to you.
