Hi there,
One of my friends wrote a dissertation to complete his master degree . His dissertation is in Turkish but he also needs to submit the abstract and title of it in English. I tried to translate his title but can somebody help me to make it more academic please?

A study of Muînuddîn el-Îcî as an interpreter with particular reference to his exegesis named câmiu’l-beyân fî tefsîri’l-Kur’an

"Interpreter" is usually used for someone who translates from one language to another. This thesis seems to relate to a study of the Koran, so it would be better to say "interpreter of the Koran".
