Is participation the same thin as participatory? Plz get back as soon as possible.

Participation = noun

His participation in the exercise was excellent.

Participatory = adjective.

His participatory contribution to the forum was really valuable.

I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean.
This is,

participatory, adjective: Affording the opportunity for individual participation; as, participatory democracy.

and

Participation, noun: The act or state of participating, or sharing in common with others; as, a participation in joy or sorrows.

can never be the same thing. But that is too obvious, maybe I didn't get it right?
