Please make sure we did received 1 pc shipment sample before we settle payment to them for our PO no. xxx. Thanks

Please make sure that we (did) receive (d) 1 pc shipment of sample before we settle payment to them against (for) our PO no. xxx.

Delete words/letter in the brackets
