is the above sentence structure is correct?

It's not just a matter of tense; the correct words also have to be used.

1...You also could say '...if you would have communicated...', but "...if you had communicated..." is simpler/shorter.

2..."You were unable to get me..." is incorrect. 'That you were unable to get me...' would be correct.

Thanks for your kind explanation I just need to know that excluding 'that' makes my sentence grammatically incorrect?

my main concern is I want to know the proper use of woud / should / could, I generally get confused. So I am randomly forming sentences to know if my strudture is correct

'That'is used as demonsrative pronoun for the sentence 'you were unable to get me.'
