1. Recap our conversation two days ago; you are going to check the record for which factory has audited by BV for the customer xxx, is there any update?

2. Sorry to keep you waiting. We already contact Lily to arranged these 10 cartons spare parts with your other goods shipped by one 20’ container and ETD Yantian xxx and ETA Mexico on xxx. Please find attached the shipping document for your reference, if there is any problems please contact us again.

3. The original production for 1860 pcs of HU583 was 17 to 20 May. We booked inspection on 21 May, but cancelled. Because the factory was switched the production line to their other urgent goods and also the material is short; therefore, it is postponed to 26 to 29 May now, and will be ready for inspection on 30 May. I already told Vivian to pull in one more day earlier to catch vessel closing on 30 May; otherwise, it will be delay again. She will confirm the schedule to me today.
