Which of these would be more likely for an educated native to say/write:
Indians don't eat cow meat / cow's meat / cows' meat
Indians don't eat the meat of cows
Indians don't eat beef
Are "cow meat" , "cow's meat" and "cows' meat" correct ?
Does anyone know of a good link about the omission and use of the apostrophe in possessive cases?
Thanks
Gisele
