    Enchanted sounds like something the prince says to the princess in a story for children.

    I'm delighted to meet you is very enthusiasitc, but not informal. I wouldn't use this for a business meeting, but perhaps for my propsective son-in-law. Assuming my daughter spoke in glowing terms about him previously.

    I pleased (or very pleaesed) to meet you is a common things to say in a formal or semi-formal situation. ("Nice to meet you" is the informal version.)
