    Without water means completely from the start, there's no water; but out of water means that water has been consumed or has gone down to zero level that needs refilling or replenishment. Examples:

    There are certain places in Africa without water.
    The jug is out of water.

    It's vague to say "I am out of you", but you should say "I am out of your life now".
