    Cool spiritual rest-stop?

    Hi,

    In the following sentence:

He planned to use the money raised in his attempt to break the 19-hour record to fund a "spiritual" rest-stop for truckers in Paranagua, home to Brazil's largest grain port. (CNN last week).

It's about a priest who disappeared in Brazil 2 weeks ago. He tried to set a world record flying the longest trip with helium-filled balloons. What do they mean by 'spiritual rest-stop'?
