Russian diploma into English

Dear native speakers of English!

Could you please have a look at the attached diploma translated into English. Would you have any questions concerning the degree conferred and type of education establishment had u been potential employers, for instance?

If there are any, could you kindly correct it to sound more authentic.

I would have a problem. There is no reference for WHAT languages the recepient is able to translate FROM or what languages they can render the result INTO. Specific mention would improve the usefulness of the document.

I am not familiar with the language used in certificates which I expect to be formal.
I thought the words in bold sound a bit unusual.
Are they normally used that way in certificates, teachers?
