I would have a problem. There is no reference for WHAT languages the recepient is able to translate FROM or what languages they can render the result INTO. Specific mention would improve the usefulness of the document.

I am not familiar with the language used in certificates which I expect to be formal.
I thought the words in bold sound a bit unusual.
Are they normally used that way in certificates, teachers?
