Maybe I don't know about grammar. But why is it possible to have no "verb", and only form as part of a statement for the following:
- Autumn wind cool, while sweet-scented osmanthus fragrant

You may consider to delete "once" at the last statement. Meaning is slightly changed, but the statement become a bit concise.

I suppose it has to divide one sentence into 3. How come it can take off the verbs andthen to combine into 1 sentence only.
