rephrase he/she
Hi!
Is there a way to rephrase "The customer would like to know who he/she is purchasing from" without using he/she? Or is he/she "accepted" in writing?
Thank you for any help!

Re: rephrase he/she
If you are speaking of a specific customer, then use either "he" or "she" based on whether the person is male or female.
If you want to make a general statement, then use the plural: Customers like to know whom they are buying from.
