Couldn't that also be an informal spoken version of "We've really got that business going?

So then you'd have to change the tag question, wouldn't you? It wouldn't be in the past then, would it?

"We really got that business going, don't we?"

Don't forget this:

We really have this business going, don't we?

Also:

We really had that business going, didn't we?
