The problem with this question is that we do not use "I wish" in this context. It would be "I hope we.....reach the station in time tomorrow" and the missing word would be "can" or "will".

If I had to choose any of the above, I would go for "d".

No Sa7ar a behavioral objective should meausreable so we never use verbs like understand or know in phrasing an objective
