fry a dough
Please correct the followings and explain why. Thanks!
Fry a thin piece of a dough on a pan. You,first, need to grease the pan with tiny bit of oil to prevent the dough from sticking to the pan and also you'd like to sprinkle few drops of water on it as you're cooking because the water will prevent the dough from becoming too try and tough. Therefore, it help keep its texture and taste.

It's a most peculiar recipe
To fry a thin piece of dough [Is the dough rolled out or pulled out to be a thin disc? If so, you need to instruct the person when to do this] first lightly oil the pan to prevent the dough sticking. [When do you put the dough into the pan? Should the pan be hot before you put the dough in or is it put into a cold pan?] As you cook the dough, sprinkle a little water onto it. This will prevent the dough becoming tough, and will help it keep its texture and flavour.

'A most peculiar recipe' does not sound as extreme as 'the most peculiar recipe'.
