Come on, own up!

There's been the odd subversive occasion of sneaking in some Aussie English!
No wonder the poor bloke got the wind up and left.

David composed a scenario:
An Australian bad guy secretly came into our forum in an attempt to do bad things. But he was caught by David. So David said, "Come on, own up! We've all witnessed it." The Australian was very frightened and had to leave. There's been the odd subversive occasion of sneaking in some Aussie English!
So David just jokingly made an excuse for why you don't mention about Australian English. Australia is an English-speaking country too. Its English is slightly different from other English-speaking countries.
"Bloke" means guy. It is British English.
PS. I am not a teacher.
